For long stays a monthly charge of $125 USD will apply.&lt;br /&gt;* A $20 USD one time only charge will be applied to your account. The fee is used for the additional cleaning of all the fabrics and carpets after your departure to ensure the comfort of future guests occupying the room.&lt;br /&gt;* All guests checking into the condominium must sign the Pet Policy Agreement.&lt;br /&gt;* Guests with pets in the condominium are required to use the door sign alerting staff members of the pet’s presence.&lt;br /&gt;* Housekeeping will not service rooms with unattended pets, please contact the administration to schedule a convenient time to have your room serviced.&lt;br /&gt;* In the event a guest is required to leave the pet unattended for long periods of time, a pet walking service is available for $20 USD per day (2 twenty minute walks). Please inquire with the administration.&lt;br /&gt;* The administration reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who does not comply with the pet friendly policies of the Villa Los Riscos Condominium.&lt;br /&gt;* Pets weighing less then 80 pounds are welcome.&lt;br /&gt;* It is convenient to have available upon request proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date.&lt;br /&gt;* In the event a pet scratches the room door(s) a $95 USD repair fee will be applied to your room account. Guests are responsible for any damages to the room and its contents. The guest’s room will be inspected for such damages prior to checkout. If extensive cleaning or damage repair is necessary beyond the normal deep cleaning process, the guest may be charged additional fees.&lt;br /&gt;* Guests must walk their pets in areas outside the condominium and are responsible for picking up after their pet in and around the condo at all times.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Condominios Villa Los Riscos con gusto recibe como huéspedes a aquellas mascotas bien portadas, apegándose a los siguientes lineamientos:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;* Se aplicará un cargo de $650 pesos por semana o menos dias. Para estadías mas largas se aplicara un cargo de $1625 pesos por mes.&lt;br /&gt;* Se aplicará un cargo único de $250 pesos a su cuenta. Este cargo es aplicado por el trabajo adicional de limpieza profunda que se requiere tras su partida, para asegurar la comodidad del próximo huésped ocupando ese mismo cuarto.&lt;br /&gt;* Todos los huéspedes con mascota que se registren en el Condominio deberán firmar la carta Acuerdo de Políticas de Mascotas&lt;br /&gt;* Los huéspedes con mascotas deberán utilizar el letrero indicador de mascota en el cuarto con el fin de alertar al personal acerca de la presencia de su mascota.&lt;br /&gt;* La Camarista no aseará el cuarto en donde este una mascota sin la presencia de alguno de los dueños. Por favor comuníquese a la Administración para programar un horario conveniente para el aseo.&lt;br /&gt;* En el caso de que algún huésped requiera dejar a su mascota sola por un periodo prolongado de tiempo, se ofrece el servicio de paseo de su mascota por un cargo de $250 pesos por día (2 paseos de 20 minutos). Por favor solicítelo en la Administración.&lt;br /&gt;* La Administración se reserva el derecho de negar el servicio a quien no se apegue a las políticas de mascotas del Condominio Villa Los Riscos.&lt;br /&gt;* Mascotas que pesen menos de 40 kilogramos serán bienvenidas.&lt;br /&gt;* Será conveniente tener a mano por si se llegase a solicitar los certificados médicos en donde se especifique que todas las vacunas se encuentran al día.&lt;br /&gt;* En el caso de que una mascota arañe la puerta del cuarto, un cargo de $950 pesos será aplicado a su cuenta. Los Huéspedes serán responsables de cualquier daño causado al cuarto y su contenido. El cuarto será inspeccionado antes de su partida para verificar cualquier daño.
